Speed Survivor does not currently offer contests to players located in Illinois. The app checks location at entry, so an account created elsewhere cannot enter from Illinois. Availability varies by state and can change; this page reflects the current list, which is on the where-to-play page.
Why availability varies
Skill contests are regulated state by state. Where a state does not permit contests of this kind, or has not settled the question, the app does not offer them there. The rule everywhere Speed Survivor runs is 18 and over, or 21 and over where a state requires it, and it is void where prohibited.
Games you are probably watching
One team plays its home games in Illinois: the Chicago Bears. Every Speed Survivor contest is tied to one live game, so when it is on, players in the states where Speed Survivor is available can play along; Illinois is not yet one of them.
