What referral credit is

Referral credit is a reward an operator gives an existing player for bringing in a new one. The referring player shares a link or a code, the new player signs up with it, and once the new player does something that qualifies, usually a first deposit or a first paid entry, the referrer receives credit. Most programs cap how much one player can earn in a season or a year, and most pay the reward as promotional credit rather than cash.

An example

A hypothetical player sends a referral link to three friends from a Sunday group chat. Two sign up. One of them makes a first paid entry the same weekend, and the referrer's reward is released that day. The second opens an account but never plays, so nothing is released for them. The third never downloads the app. One of three invitations turned into credit, and only because the friend actually played.

In Speed Survivor

On Speed Survivor, referral credit is one of the three things code SPEED unlocks at sign-up. You receive it when a player you referred places their first paid entry of $10 or more. It is up to $500 a season, subject to a seasonal cap, and it is contest credit: it enters contests, cannot be withdrawn, and expires at the end of the 2026 NFL regular season.

It sits beside the first-deposit match, and the two are separate offers with separate release rules: the match releases as you spend on entries, the referral credit releases on your friend's first qualifying entry. The idea behind it is simple. A live contest is more fun against people you know, and the friend you bring in is playing the same game on the same night.
